Our client, a defense technology organization is looking to hire a Contract Labor Vendor Management Specialist to work remotely and support their Fairfax office.About You:- A Bachelor?s degree is required for this role- 2 years of recruiting support experience is required, preferably experience with a VMS- Experience with Vendor Management Systems or ATS: iCIMS, Agile1, Workday, etc.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines- Customer service approach- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office SuiteThe Job:- Work with management to identify current and future contract labor needs- Create and route contract talent acquisitions for review, approval, and assignment via VMS tool.- Ensure KPI and contract labor agreements are met- Monitor daily progress of requisitions and communicate accordingly- Monitor and report on vendor performance,- Develop strong knowledge of VMS technologyThis is temporary role that pays $19-$21/hour depending on experience.
