You may qualify to participate if you:

Are 18 to 65 years of age Are diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (eczema)Are not taking herbal supplements (e.g. echinacea, ginseng, ashwagandha, saw palmetto, resveratrol), probiotics, and prebioticsAre not undergoing treatment with Xeljanz (tofacitinib), Olumiant (baricitinib), Jakafi (ruxolitinib), Rinvoq (upadacitinib), Inrebic (fedratinib), Cibinqo (abrocitinib), Opzelura (ruxolitinib), Litfulo (ritlecitinib), Eucrisa (crisaborole), and Dupixent (dupilimab) at the time of screening and/or sample collectionAre not undergoing treatment with systemic steroids (oral or injectable) glucocorticoids, and/or cortisones (prednisone. prednisolone, methylprednisone)Are not undergoing treatment with oral and injectable calcineurin inhibitors (cyclosporine, tacrolimus) at the time of screening and/or sample collectionAre not undergoing treatment with Aerovant (pitrakinra), Ebglyss (lebrikizumab), Adbry (tralokinumab), and/or Aslan (eblasakimab) at the time of screening and/or sample collection Are not diagnosed with hypertension, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, GERD, IBS, osteoarthritis, and any chronic or autoimmune conditions such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis; any form of active cancer; any chronic/active infectious diseases (e.g. HIV, HCV, HBV); diabetes type 1 and 2Live in the United StatesClick here to sign up and call (617)-397-3750 to speak with a research coordinator and see if you qualify.
