ARC Commercial Services is looking for a team member to work in Leesburg Virginia.

Summary:

The right candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining an 18,000 square feet office and medical building in Leesburg, VA. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting and wiping walls, cleaning ceiling HVAC intakes and dusting light fixtures in all common areas, offices, and bathrooms. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in his/her work.

Pay and Hours:

$12-$14 per hour, depending on experience. Monday through Sunday evenings: starting at approximately 6pm (there is some flexibility in start time), between 4 and 8 hours per shift.

Requirements Include:

Valid driver’s license.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to perform the following repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment (cleaning products, tools, and ladders) and trash and the ability to safely use equipment provided.
