Mid Atlantic Mechanical is looking for immediate hire of experienced sheet metal commercial mechanic. This position is for a Full time sheetmetal mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities;
1. Install ductwork, a/c units, fire dampers, fans, curbs, RTU and any HVAC required accessories carefully following the construction drawings.
2. Understand how to perform take-off, make field modification or offsets as needed.
3. Be able to work with other trades (electrician, plumber etc.) and coordinate work above ceilings.
4. be able to sit, stand, crawl as well as lift 50lbs.
5. Must have own tools and transportation.
Minimum Requirements;
1. Minimum 4 years of experience working in the field or in similar work.
2. Have all tools required
3. Reliable transportation
4. Must use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and stoop
Welding is a plus!
