We are seeking a motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as a Facility Supervisor for our kitchen and warehouse, where we manufacture candy. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate confidently in both languages. This role requires a positive attitude, respect for cultural diversity, and an eagerness to learn and grow within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee supply and inventory management, ensuring materials are stocked and ready for production.
Supervise a team of 30+ employees, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
Manage employee schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Monitor and oversee the candy manufacturing process to maintain high-quality standards.
Act as a key point of contact for communication across teams, including both Vietnamese and English-speaking staff.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is required.
A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is an asset, but not required.
