Top tier paralegal needed to assist team headed by firm partner. Will assist with all phases of litigation in a collegial team setting. Will prepare, review, finalize legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, interrogatories, and briefs. Also prepare hard copy filings. As well as prepare and submit online filings including exhibits and summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony. Also responsible for administrative tasks and logistics.
Requirements: BS/BA degree preferred. 2 - 3 years legal litigation experience required. Expertise in Office 365 applications - Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive and PowerPoint.
