We are a busy flower shop and event studio in Alexandria, VA looking to add to our team. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday approximately 7am to 4pm. As studio assistant, your primary responsibilities would include:
-processing flowers
-preparing for events
-answering phones
-helping to process orders
-general upkeep of floral studio
You would also assist as needed with event prep and other tasks around the shop, and occasionally travel onsite with our design team to install large events.
We are a fast paced work environment and need someone energetic and committed to keep up with us! We also have a high-end clientele; it is important that you be polished and personable.
Flower processing experience is a plus, but not required; we will teach you! This is not a design position, and design experience is not an advantage. Please respond to this ad with a resume or a few paragraphs about yourself, and your pay requirements.
