- Calculate the specifications and cost of materials for construction.
- Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space.
- Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships.
- Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial and residential Interior Design furnishings, finishes, fixtures and equipment.
- Strong experience with designing custom furniture and coordinating manufacturing of product.
- Experience with Sketch-Up, Revit, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite is desirable.
- Significant exposure to various standards and practices applied in the design field.
- Experience in working on projects in various stages, from inception to completion
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- BA in Interior Design/Architecture
- Experience with AutoCAD is a must.
- Furniture experience is a must (working with Herman Miller furniture line is a plus).
