We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our small family owned home improvement company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and motivated self-starter that willingly takes on challenges. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Must be reliable and on time, proven by previous employers.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Marketing and Sales experience at least one year
- Experience in project coordination or office management is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations or customer support is beneficial
Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures. A high school diploma is required.
