Job Description:
As an Office Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
Managing incoming calls and emails, and providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments.
Assisting the office supervisor with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Collaborating with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable using social media
Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer applications.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Satisfactory typing skills
Compensation:
$20 per hour
