Craig Fauver Real Estate is seeking REALTORS® licensed in DC, MD, and VA for our growing team. Unlike many other traditional real estate models where the motto is "here's your desk, here's your phone, you're on your own" you will be assisted in acheiving your real estate goals. Craig Fauver Real Estate is a boutique brokerage/team hybrid. Team members are provided with leads, technology, coaching and support, modern office and technology, and more to help them make sales.
Compensation: A 5 tier split system with up to 80% commission based on your production level. Candidates with a successful real estate sales record can join at an elevated tier.
Unlike many other teams where all sales are entered into the team leader's name, you will get to build your own sales history with all listings and buyer sales recorded in your name. We provide agents with ample leads to grow their business and while most provided leads are buyer leads you are encouraged to list! You are not stuck only handling buyers having to cough up a listing opportunity to the team leader when it presents itself.

- Leads from multiple sources including Zillow, Realtor.com (OpCity), Google PPC, our website, our Inside Sales - Associate, and other sources.

Your duties:
- Maintain high level of service and professionalism with clients.
- Maintain real estate licenses and continuing education requirements.
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Spend time prospecting new business and following up with leads.
- Showing homes, writing offers, attending inspections and negotiating repairs, communicating with clients, attending closing.
Requirements:
- Real estate licenses in DC, MD, and/or VA. (multiple licenses or willingness to add jurisdictions preferred)
- Professional dress and demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow up by phone, text, and email.
- BrightMLS, Sentrilock, and Realtor association membership.
- Safe and reliable transportation.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
