Security Operations Director

Responsible for running our 24x7 Watch Operations Center and Physical Security Analysis Teams.

Team size 15-20.

Washington, DC

Salary with full benefits is negotiable

Security clearance preferred – not requiredRESUME TO CRISS BRIENT AT: A strong understanding of cyber and physical security risks, security maturity models and frameworks, as well as strong project management and communications skills are also critical for success.

Develop and lead the Security Operations team and oversee the 24x7 monitoring and analysis of cyber and physical risks, distribution of timely and actionable information, and other product and services

Support response to critical industry incidents

Develop and maintain statistical trends associated with cyber and physical security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities

Collaborate and sustain productive relationships with other colleagues, asset owners and operators, and other key stakeholders including, but not limited to, government agencies, regions, trade associations, etc

Intelligent senior leader with experience a complex, team-oriented environment that can creatively solve problems, make decisions, and consistently achieve results

Possess a strong understanding of current and emerging cyber and physical security risks and threats especially those impacting the electricity sector

Experience running a security operations center, data center or customer call center
