Job Definition:
- assist customers by demonstrating how to operate a vehicle, providing test drives and identifying costs associated with the purchase
- review accounts for insurance and payment status
- call customers' insurance companies and update policy information
- call customers for payments if necessary
- receive payments
- file claims when needed
- assist operations manager with taking vehicles to shop and inspection
- keep the office area and the facilities neat, clean, and orderly.
