Busy Auto repair shop looking for a person to see that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the shop business to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide sales support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled and provide estimations and technical advice.
Insures that the daily parts & supplies are to technicians' for work sold to service customers.
Assist with the daily administrative work needed to provide excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment. (5-6 day work week) No Sundays
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team player
Must have a valid driver's license
