Job Description:

The Canvassing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our canvassing operations, ensuring that our outreach efforts are efficient, impactful, and well-coordinated. This includes managing a team of canvassers, setting performance goals, strategizing outreach efforts, and ensuring the success of each canvassing campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to engage the community and spread awareness of our mission.

- Develop and execute canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and achieve campaign goals.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for the canvassing team and monitor progress.

- Provide hands-on training and coaching to canvassers to improve communication and persuasion skills.

- Track and report canvassing results, including contacts made, donations raised (if applicable), and other key metrics.

- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational canvassing guidelines and policies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align canvassing efforts with broader marketing and outreach campaigns.

- Maintain canvassing materials, including scripts, flyers, and data collection tools.

- Foster a positive and motivated team culture, addressing performance issues promptly and celebrating successes.

- Handle logistics such as scheduling canvassing shifts, assigning territories, and managing transportation (if needed).

Requirements:

- Proven experience in canvassing, sales, or community outreach, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach targets.

- Experience in training and coaching individuals or teams to improve performance.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Familiarity with [industry-specific canvassing tools or software, e.g., CRM, mobile canvassing apps].

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
