Solar is one of the fastest-growing and highest-paying industries in the United States right now. The Virginia No-Cost Solar Program is a government-funded program that allows homeowners in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Arlington Counties to go solar for no money out of pocket with payments that are lower than what they are currently paying to their local utility company.

You will receive training and knowledge from one of the most knowledgeable solar project managers in the entire industry. If you are personable and hard-working, you can easily earn $150k in your first year. Top-notch salespeople have earned over $400k in their first year in solar. You should be able to earn an average of $2500/sale and make several sales per week. We have sales training meetings twice per week and you will be armed with the knowledge that you need to be successful. During training, your manager will help you close your first few deals and pay is 50% after contract signing and 50% after installation.
The pitch is simple and the product is fantastic. Almost every homeowner would rather be paying for solar panels than paying for power from the utility company. With federal subsidies, state mandates on the utility company, and county tax rebates, Virginia homeowners can have an instant payback; the system is reducing their utility bill more than they are paying for ownership right from the first year.
We are looking for full-time salespeople who are willing to work hard. We are not looking for people who only want to work part-time, who aren't comfortable with commission-only positions, or who are not willing to go door-to-door. This is a sales job for professionals with a professional attitude and appearanceno smokers, no visible tattoos. You must meet with homeowners in their homes, so you must be the sort of person that people will invite into their homes. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest people will be incredibly successful in this business.
