This is an exciting opportunity to work as a technician for a fast growing computer and cell phone repair company.

Purpose: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent minimum.

- Must be 18 years of age or older and have own transportation.

- One year of customer service and/or retail experience.

- Experience in repairing Computer and Mobile

- Proven record of consistently providing positive customer experiences.

- Exceptional organizational skills.

- Comfortable navigating in Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems

- Professional, neat appearance.

- Ability to work retail hours, which may include weekends, holidays.

- Applicants with previous phone repair experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

As a part of our technical team you will be responsible for any or all of the following: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices

Providing recommendations for problem resolution

2.Able to fix any phones and computer

3.Explaining complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner

4.Ensuring that all repairs meet or exceed quality standard.

5.Communicating with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, take orders, and obtain details about the customer request.

6.Resolving product or service problems by: Clarifying the customer's complaint

7.Determining the cause of the problem

8.Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

9.Expediting correction or adjustment

10.Following up to ensure resolution. Establishing strong rapport and trust with customers. Answering phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor

11.Ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations

12.Keeping track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock

13.Utilizing the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair

14.Maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store

15.Performing opening and closing duties within the retail store.
