Overview:
RootSrc is looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst to join or growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Respond and manage application reported incidents/events Remedy
- Ensure proactive monitoring of overall system performance
- Resolve reported incidents in order of organizational priority and deliver quick response times in compliance with service standards in place.
- Assist in developing end user documentation and processes for hardware/software support.
- Assist in identifying widespread/chronic problems with hardware and software programs, secure solutions from Tier 3 support, and provide appropriate escalation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
- Understanding/experience of working in an IT support capacity with software applications
- Demonstrated experience learning new technologies
Personal Qualities and Skills:
- Ability to learn quickly
- Understanding of time constraints in getting issues resolved timely
- Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, flexibility in handing assignments
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
