Our client, a leading medical devices company is looking for an
Audio/Video Technician. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Washington, DC. Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Have a minimum of three years of experience servicing audio-visual systems, and similar technology. Receive training from Crestron on the operations of associated A/V equipment.
- Be familiar with commercial audio-visual, videoconferencing and broadcast manufacturers of equipment, including some direct training.
- Organize and build solid relationships with internal and external partners to achieve organizational identity and business goals.
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and strengths in MS Teams
- The qualified A/V Specialists shall have four years of direct experience managing and providing full-service support using multiple technology platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams.
- As part of the IT Support Team, this position will assist with and lead audio-visual support for high profile meetings big and small, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical implementation.
- It is required that the person in this role have the knowledge and skill to use the collaboration technology tools available to employees in order to advise and assist on their use.
- This role will also be hands-on in delivering related technical services including but not limited to meeting support, and AV project planning.
- This role requires an extensive knowledge of MS Teams.
