Construction company in Woodbridge in need of an EXPERIENCED project manager - if no construction background on your resume candidate need not apply
Looking for individuals with the ability to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. A single manager might oversee an entire construction project, or multiple managers might oversee specific aspects of a larger project.
Must be able to:
Delegate project tasks based on ndividual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Track project performance, analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on budgets set.
Ability to read structural drawings and plan sets
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.
2+ years' experience a must.
