We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented sign installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sign installation process, from client consultations, to installing the sign(s), to final inspections.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients on-site to discuss sign placement and installation needs
Prepare installation sites (digging holes, pouring concrete foundations)
Ability to read simple shop drawings
Install all types of signs (channel signs, monument signs, banners, etc.)
Conduct final inspections and ensure all safety regulations are met
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sign installation or a related field
Strong understanding of construction techniques (i.e. framing) and safety protocols
Valid driver's license
Functional fluency in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
