The Supervisor will provide support, guidance, and direct supervision to field crews to assure the proper application and preparation of the floor coating material to satisfy the client. This position will be comprised of several components including installing part of the time, overseeing all project; personnel, and managing flooring operations. Management of the flooring operations includes recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising the flooring team; ordering, receiving; inventory management; safety; quality management; client satisfaction management of installations; tools, equipment; vehicle maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- minimum of 5 years of residential and/or commercial floor coating experience
- minimum of 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
Given this individual will have overall accountability of the flooring operation with limited supervision, the candidate must have strong leadership, proactive management, troubleshooting, decision-making and communication skills.
