In addition to Northern VA, Ruston Paving, which has been in business since 1943, operates divisions in Central VA; the Triangle and Triad Regions of NC; and Central, Western and Northern, NY. Individuals applying for operator positions must have prior experience. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Potential candidates must also pass a drug test, criminal background check and a motor vehicle records check.
Wages are based on experience. Compensation package will also include:
