Are you a motivated individual who wants to be a Painting Project Manger in DC Metro Areo, we are looking for Effective Communication who is a critical thinker with problem solving, organization self starter.
The ideal candidate will have time managment skills, be able to plan project, scheduling, budget management skills. MUST have verifiable and STABLE work experience. Painting experience and knowledge is not needed. Must be able to speak good English & Spanish.
The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, leadership skills. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first.
Responsibilities:
Set up new projects and see the projects through until closeout.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct quality control inspections.
Provide daily updates to customers via email.
Handle calls from crews and problem-solve issues.
Provide KPIs during weekly team meetings.
Utilize software for project management.
Ensure crews are completing checklists on new projects and projects that are closing out.
Interview & hire painters.
Qualifications:
Bilingual
Good planer
Clean record
Team player
Problem solver
5 years experience painting

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No nights
Weekends as needed
