BasementRemodeling.com, a residential remodeling construction company, is looking for a candidate to fill our CONSTRUCTION WORKER/DELIVERY DRIVER position.
Position: DELIVERY DRIVER/CONSTRUCTION WORKER (Residential Remodeling projects)
MUST HAVE A PERFECT DRIVING RECORD
MUST BE EXCEPTIONALLY FAMILIAR WITH DMV REGION AND BE ABLE TO MAKE THE BEST POSSIBLE ROUTE
EXPERIENCE DRIVING BOX TRUCKS
PHYSICALLY STRONG TO BE ABLE TO LIFT HEAVE ITEMS
DRUG TEST REQUIRED
Location: Rockville, Maryland
Travel: Locally only
Start: IMMEDIATELY

PTO as follows:
· 0-1 Years. 1 week (5 Business days, 40 hrs.). Paid at the end of 1st year
· 1-2 Years. 2 weeks (10 Business days, 80 hrs.) 40 hrs. paid at the end of 2nd year
· 2-3 Years. 2 weeks (10 Business days, 80 hrs.) and 2 additional long weekends (2x 2business days, 2x 16 hrs.)
· 3-4 Years. 3 weeks (15 Business days, 120 hrs.)
· 5-6 Years. 3 weeks (15 Business days, 120 hrs.) and 2 additional long weekends (2x 2business days, 2x 16 hrs.)
· 6+ Years. 4 weeks (20 Business days, 160 hrs.)
· Important note: There is a probation period of 3 months (no health insurance or 401k benefits during a probation period)
