Need uber black driver who has knowledge of DC and who knows how uber black works. You have to be an uber black driver and if you are not then just go to uber and have them open account for you. You have to be specific with them that you want uber black car account.

Rent is only $400/week for sedan (2015 to 2017 Cadillac XTS) and $500 deposit which is your money and you get it back if you don't have tickets are accident.
