Sr. Navy ERP and SAP Functional Analysts (NAVEBS-21-0468-W): Bowhead seeks a Sr. Functional Analyst to support our PEO MLB customer at the Washington Navy Yard. Candidate will Provide Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to the Government Leads to support the mock conversion, cutover practice, and cutover tasks for each implementing command. Evaluate and recommend changes to master data based on the SAP "out of the box" solution, Command specific business and process requirements, or as escalated by Command or Enterprise Business Office personnel to maintain Master Data objects.

Develop and implement a strategy and method documented as a white paper for annual review of master data maintenance procedures and documentation for master data management best practices. Recommend required master data strategies with a focus on back converting raw data into decisional information in support of periodic reorganizations (Assume 2-3 command reorganizations per year). Provide a Data Quality Strategy and implement an enterprise data standardization quality program, to include reports and dashboards to monitor data quality thresholds. Consult using Data Management/Database architecture expertise of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 1.5 Views for the modification of the logical and physical database (standard and custom) and the current metadata dictionary. Assist in the development of the most efficient source-to-target mapping to depict an integrated data model of the complete system landscape. Assist and recommend a strategy required to implement the Data Archiving Plan, including all configuration, development, installation, testing, production release, and production execution tasks. - Regularly collaborates with APM/Portfolio Managers to brief upcoming requirements. Coordinate across portfolio teams to endure solution is well orchestrated across Navy ERP to reduce the risk of solution conflicts. We are seeking multiple candidates with knowledge of SAP Finance (FI, FM, CO, SD, and PS), SAP Supply SAP Supply (IM/WM, MM, OF), SAP EHS, SAP WFM, or SAP PM experience with significant recent experience in data management (SAP MDG, BI/Data Analytics, Data Lake).

Requirements Qualifications Minimum Experience - At least 10 years of progressive experience in SAP Functional analysis, solution architect and support for DoD/DON programs. The candidate must have at least 10 years of SAP Finance (FI, FM, CO, SD, and PS), SAP Supply SAP Supply (IM/WM, MM, OF), SAP EHS, SAP WFM, or SAP PM experience with significant recent experience in data management (SAP MDG, BI/Data Analytics, Data Lake). Must have recent experience working on Navy / DoD ERP projects. Must be highly skilled in written and verbal English and must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of software. The incumbent must be able to prepare and deliver technical briefings on findings. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
