With more than a decade of experience, our 500-strong, highly skilled team has managed over 100 client projects delivering first-in-human clinical materials to accelerate our client's products from the laboratory to patients in need. We work in close collaboration with each client's team to deliver successful programs. Through this, we enable the delivery of novel medicines to improve patient health with the potential to cure diseases.How will you make an impact?This position entails routine hands-on bioprocess manufacturing within a cGMP cleanroom commensurate with the individual’s level of technical expertise, training, and qualification strictly following defined procedures.What will you do?Perform upstream bioprocess manufacturing in a GMP cleanroom involving adherent and suspension cell culturing while following detailed protocols, PBRs and SOPs.

Conduct routine suite cleans, preparation and/or request necessary components and raw materials, labels, etc. to successfully execute production batch records.

Adhere to all cGMP procedures and safety/quality standards.

Maintain a culture of safety and compliance to all environmental health and safety protocols.

Assist in drafting SOPs, PBRs, RMS etc. for new processes or equipment.

Assist in drafting of deviations, CAPAs, and other investigations as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

How will you get here?By possessing a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, as well as a desire to be part of a growing team of bioprocess professionals.Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute by Manager approval.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in appropriate area of specialization (biological/life sciences, chemistry, biochemical engineering, biotechnology), and/or 1-3 years of industry-related experience preferred.

Experience:

Working knowledge of modern laboratory procedures and best practices.

Industrial and/or academic laboratory experience working with cell culture (mammalian, insect, bacterial) is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesWorking knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).

Strong verbal and written skills in English required, as well as effective interpersonal, technical, and troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency with MS Office

Must be flexible (some weekend work as needed).

Outstanding planning, organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

Ability to interpret scientific data and maintain accurate records.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

This position will start as a full-time, Mon-Fri 40-hour work week.

Expected within 6-12 months to transition to 12-hour shifts.

Overtime and weekend work will be required as needed.
