Job Description:- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- 4+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure.
- Experience in successfully handling complex and unique situations.
- Strong customer focus - able to meet the demands of internal and external customers.
- Multi-tasking - can manage several concurrent projects and prioritize demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable.
- Ability to work across a range of countries and cultures.
- Experience in managing or coordinating complex projects
