RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a QA Engineer in Boca Raton, FL.
REQUIREMENTS: BS/MS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience 8+ years of testing experience in total Experience with Unix based environments Experience with backend testing Experience with architecting and implementing direct web services testing strategies (REST or SOAP) Expertise in Webservice testing Experience in writing Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts Experience in testing large scale complex enterprise level application leveraging web technologies Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Excellent trouble-shooting skills with both technical and non-technical issues Strong experience with Load Runner/Performance Center/Jmeter/Misc Load Testing Tools Strong scripting experience with various protocols in Performance Center/Load Runner Strong experience with VU Gen/Controllers/Analysis Experience with Agile Performance Testing processes Experience working with front end UI, XML, and Web Services technology Experience with C language Expertise in Technical/Troubleshooting Experience in Performance, Capacity, and Regression test procedures Experience with Java based automated functional testing frameworks such as Selenium, Webdriver, POM. Selenium expertise is strongly preferred Solid experience in developing selenium frameworks from scratch using Java and Selenium WebDriver is strongly preferred Java unit testing frameworks such as Junit and TestNG; TestNG experience is preferred Experience working with a distributed team (Cross-Team communications/workings (Ops/Dev/Project Mgt) Strong understanding of QA methodologies Strong knowledge of process improvement Strong knowledge of the software development process Advanced written and verbal communication skills Experienced QA testing skills SQL query knowledge Familiar with BDD Framework with Python Flexibility for support of web releases and maintenance windowsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
