RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Boca Raton, FL. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing execution for company applications. Your main responsibilities will include writing and executing test cases and maintaining the validity of the test cases.
Essential Job Functions: Quality Assurance Analyst will review sprint features with business analysts, project managers and project owners Give suggestions on improvements and raise concerns with regards to testing and user experience Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Provide daily execution status reports Will define a test automation strategy for new data pipelines or modify existing strategy to expand QA coverage of an existing pipeline Create data pipeline, specific input datasets, and expected datasets to implement QA automation Primary focus will be on QA test automationREQUIREMENTS: BA or BS in Computer Science or any related field, preferred; Or equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted 1+ years of application testing experience Basic knowledge of SQL and database scripting Experience in agile development teams involved in new product development Experience with agile test tools and methodologies Knowledge of programming/scripting languages as it applies to automation tools Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, and BlazeMeter a big plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
