Solution Architect
Position Description We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support our Plasma Center remediation project, which will assess technology and process-related gaps and identify a number of infrastructure improvements to elevate the donor and user experience across a variety of technology platforms.The candidate must be able to be onsite at the Boca Raton, Florida offices.Your future duties and responsibilities Service design and architecture of secure and high availability mobile solutions Support of projects as technical expert for mobile, scaling solutions Close coordination with the overarching architecture teams and development departments (on prem and offshore) Planning, building and extending the Android based mobile device management solution for Plasma centers Planning, building and extending of our Android based standard operating environment according to business requirements in alignment IT security standards. Creation of documentation according to our quality standards Continuous improvement of services considering technological trends Consulting on technical aspects of service offerings related to our Plasma Mobile Devices Support in service developmentRequired qualifications to be successful in this role At least 5 years of experience in creating complex architectures for mobile enterprise solutions. Very good knowledge of SOTI Mobi Control, good knowledge in Microsoft Intune Very good knowledge of Android /Android Enterprise, Zebra Printers, Honeywell mobile devices, Zebra mobile devices Very high quality oriented, and a high customer-focused approach to working Experience in working with remote locations / offices. Florida, US basedDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED Experience with Thin client management solutions from Dell and IGEL Experience with VDI technology and Windows 7/10 in virtual environments Pharmaceutical/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience is preferred.
