RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sourcing Manager in Boca Raton, (FL) that will be responsible for handling the company's end to end sourcing operations. The Sourcing Manager will appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company's spending, supplying partnerships, and finding new opportunities.
Duties Include: Sourcing Manager will manage the company's supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure Create negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers As a Sourcing Manager, you will perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques Discover and partner with vendors and suppliers with a proven track record Sourcing Managers determine quantity and timing of deliveriesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Supply Management, required Minimum five years of sourcing experience Demonstrated experience in evaluating complex Software agreements Knowledge and comfort in negotiating standard legal terms Experience of performing Strategic Sourcing roles from spend analysis to category strategy creation and procurement category management Ability to independently evaluate, assess and initiate action; Recognition of positive and negative impacts of actions, decisions, other market forces on business and people Strong influencing and persuasion skills Strong change management skills Excellent negotiator Specific category experience in Information Technology categories of HW, SW and Telecom is a plusAbility to: Clearly convey information through a variety of media to stakeholders Build and sustain positive relationships Handle conflicts and negotiations effectively Collaborate and work well with othersThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
