job summary:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, in Marketing or related field
  • 8 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably with an agency or consultancy, and 5+ with programmatic media, plus 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience managing programmatic media, Google Analytics, Google Display and Video 360, Google Campaign Manager, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Expert knowledge DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging & bidding
  • strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Hospitality marketing experience is helpful, but not required

responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Programmatic Media campaigns including bid management, optimization and analysis of weekly performance and trends
  • Provides recommendations regarding audience strategy, optimization approach, and campaign architecture and serve as a key lead in the expansion of relationships and/or revenue opportunities
  • Partner with Planning/Account to ensure relevant strategies are implemented and ensure campaigns are meeting/exceeding client goals
  • Ownership of programmatic campaign performance for assigned client accounts, the development of client decks, status documentation, and facilitating client meetings
  • Maintain quality control procedures for programmatic campaigns
  • Manage and grow a team of Media Traders, provide coaching and mentoring to the team
  • Participate in developing training materials, assist in the development and documentation of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and the department
  • Provide clients with high performance and innovative solutions, while identifying upselling opportunities

  • Experience level: Director
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors (required)
