- Provide excellent level 2/3 service and support
- Add, change, and remove accounts and configuration settings
- Subject matter expert for Zoom functionality
- Create and update user and support documentation
- Conduct user training and ask the expert sessions
- Escalate support outages and incidents with Zoom and follow-through resolution
- Follow established ITIL processes such as incident, change, problem, and request
- 1-3+ years of in-depth experience with Zoom
- Working knowledge of networking, network security (firewalls, proxies, VPN, AD, SSO), room-based video conferencing (SIP/H.323), and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Microsoft Teams or Webex is a plus
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed
