Ledgent Technology is seeking an

IT Project Coordinator to maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, resource hours, budgets and expenditures.

This position is located

on-site in

Boca Raton, Florida.

What you will be doing:
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, resource work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Managing resource allocation and business priorities.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in executive meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

What you should bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or business or related field of study strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working in IT as a project manager or coordinator required
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
