Description We are situated in BRADENTON, Florida and operate in the manufacturing industry, providing an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role centers around the meticulous management of customer applications, the maintenance of customer records, and the resolution of customer inquiries. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts and respond appropriately.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy at all times. Ensure customer credit records are up to date and accurate. Keep track of customer accounts and initiate necessary actions. Conduct account reconciliation tasks. Manage accounts payable functions and perform check runs. Code invoices accurately and efficiently. Carry out data entry tasks as required. Process invoices in a timely and efficient manner. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, with a strong understanding of the process and ability to resolve discrepancies effectively. Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), with the capacity to handle all related tasks such as verifying and posting transactions. Knowledge of Check Runs, with the ability to execute them in a timely and accurate manner. Proficiency in Coding Invoices, with the ability to categorize costs correctly and efficiently. Strong Data Entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Experience in Invoice Processing, with the ability to manage high volumes of invoices promptly and accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use advanced functions for financial calculations and data analysis. Experience with Oracle, particularly within the financial modules, is highly desirable. Familiarity with QuickBooks, with the ability to use this software for various accounting tasks. Knowledge of SAP, specifically within the financial and controlling module, is beneficial.
