Job Description
We are seeking a coordinator for our Allocation Solutions Department. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully completing all assigned duties and tasks. Coordinators will assist paralegals, attorneys and management as needed. This is not a client facing role, but it requires the ability to effectively communicate with outside vendors and internal staff. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role- Process incoming mail as directed
- Prepare documents for submission to CMS
- Maintain assigned CMS portal, including, electronic submissions and development/closing/decision letters
- Retrieve documents from external systems as needed
- Sort medical records and file documents as needed
- Assist attorneys and staff as needed
Qualifications
- Detail oriented, organized, and quality focused
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Flexible and adaptable
- 0-1 years’ experience
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
