- Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, status reports.
- Must be familiar with the project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
- Work with Digital Marketing team members to coordinate content and execute digital strategy for new and existing customers
- Digital Marketing Coordinator/Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a small project or phases of a larger project.
- Coordinate with outside vendors
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign trafficking and other operational duties.
- Manage cross-team deadlines and project plans to ensure all initiatives launch on time
- Communicates with other Project Managers and/or functional managers regarding status of specific projects.
- Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature and provides single point of contact for those projects.
