job detailsjob summary:Our client outside of Bradenton, FL is looking to add a Mechatronics Technician to their team for a contract to hire opportunity! Candidates fit for this role should have at least a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, as well as 0-2 years of experience within automation manufacturing assembly. If you have any certificates in electrical controls, that is highly desired. Candidates will be working to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair equipment with high-performance manufacturing systems. Proficiently use basic hand tools and power tools, knowing when and where each is appropriate.

Possess fundamental computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products.

Navigate software and manage file information effectively.

Understand and interpret 2D and 3D mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Assemble equipment according to company standards, whether mechanically or electrically.

Know how to level and square assemblies and other build components.

Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.

Report concerns or issues, along with potential solutions, to leads and the design team for review.

Operate machinery as needed to assist with debugging.

Maintain organized, clutter-free work areas, including returning tools and assemblies at the end of each day.

Actively engage in project meetings and discussions.

Adhere to scheduled timelines and deadlines.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Ensure minimal assembly quality issues.
