Bot TechnicianJob DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing damaged equipment, as well as mechanically assembling components. This role also involves assisting in the development and selection of diagnostic tools and test procedures, ensuring the maintenance of tools and repair areas, and developing proposals for equipment purchase and maintenance.Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair damaged equipment.
Mechanically assemble components.
Assist in the development and/or selection of diagnostic test and troubleshooting tools, devices, and fixtures.
Assist with the development of test procedures.
Maintain good housekeeping of tools, equipment, and repair areas.
Develop proposals for equipment purchase, maintenance, and operation instructions.
Essential Skills
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read blueprints and complex mechanical drawings.
5+ years of experience with assembly and troubleshooting.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality control, assembly, repair, and hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 or more years of mechanical assembly experience.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Understanding of various types of mechanical and/or electrical test equipment.
Ability to read and interpret specifications, wiring diagrams, and part prints.
Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
