US Tech Solutions is seeking a “Business Process Analyst” for an 4+ month Contract position with our client at Celebration FL 34747 OR RemoteJob Poster: Mayur Jaiswal () Title: Business Process AnalystLocation: Celebration FL 34747 OR RemoteDuration: 4+ Months Contract (Option for extend) Job DescriptionSource to Pay (STP) Modernization project request a Business Process Analyst to document current sourcing, procurement, receiving and accounts payable processes across the business units within the Client. You will work closely with business leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current state processes, map current process notating customer’s areas of concern. Completed documentation will be reviewed and compared to identify process nuances and gaps by business. This will allow validation and to quantify the value of each opportunity being assessed. Once completed the information will be used to future state recommendations. Job ResponsibilitiesSource to Pay (STP) Modernization project request a Business Process Analyst to document current sourcing, procurement, receiving and accounts payable processes across the business units within the Client. You will work closely with business leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current state processes, map current process notating customer’s areas of concern. Qualifications· Must be able to meet strict deadlines. Minimum of five years of Project Management experience, including scheduling/facilitating stakeholder meetings.· Experience documenting and mapping processes is a must.· Use Microsoft suite of tools (Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel) to ensure consistency and sustainability of documentation. Develop standard documentation templates.· Ability to succinctly convey relevant information (verbally and written) across multiple levels of the organization and confidently project a professional, articulate image that fosters relationship building and collaboration. Ability to explain complex, and sometimes technical, concepts in non-technical terminology.· Must possess a high energy level and strong work ethic. Issue weekly updates on the status of process documentation.· The candidates must have prior experience leading a process documentation effort, including working with User Stories.
