This position will report into the Sr Manager, Solution Engineering.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupports delivery of technical projects, via standard project management methodology and tools.Monitors and provides oversight for all project phases, schedules and tracks progressMaintains various documents including but not limited to project plans, issue and risk logs, communication plans, and project action logs.Supports delivery teams by coordinating/scheduling project meetings, capturing meeting notes, and creating/publishing meeting minutes.Aids in the coordination of project activities with business owners/stakeholders and other teams as assigned by the Project/Program ManagerPrepares reports on project status, milestones, tasks, metrics and risksFacilitates project plan meetings and working sessionsBasic Qualification:Effectively prioritizes project work and deliverables, with guidanceDemonstrated excellence in verbal/written communication capabilities and foundational presentation skillsDisplays aptitude to understand and execute on project-related financial tasksUnderstands basics of updating project budgets, forecasts and actualsReviews and updates project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project/program standardsCommunicates well with technical and non-technical resourcesTakes direction well from management and generally works well with othersParticipates in planning activities throughout the life of the projectSees tasks through to completion with some guidanceDemonstrates experience with and an aptitude to understand Information Technology principles and practicesFamilariarty with SmartSheet, Clarity, ServiceNow, Agile processes, or other standard project management tools.
