Are you ready to help us make the future?Be part of a team at the Clearwater Space and Defense site where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing.You will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.Identify solutions and plans that will align the production schedule and material availabilityInteract with both internal and external customers to drive production coordination solutionsUse integration of production background to facilitate continuous improvement efforts that will facilitate production schedule improvements.Responsible for following the Master Production Schedule and ensuring that the program is on target for meeting customer deliverables. Works with Master Scheduler to correct the schedule due to program delays and milestone corrections. Responsible for ensuring that the program forecast is in alignment with Master Production Schedule and that MPS is aligned with total level requirements. Escalates any Production priorities in Tier meetings and work to resolve by ensuring that functional support personnel are informed. Report program accomplishments and projected milestones. Release Assembly/Test Work Orders per the SAP plan. Match program deliverables and forecast schedules to what is in SAP. Coordinate with program engineering and production engineering to ensure SOE times are correct in the system.Work with Material Planners to ensure material lead times are correct for external and internal material processes. Act as a liaison to bring awareness of product schedule to functional areas needing to support, e.g. Labs, Engineering, Test, Inspection and Quality. Gets buy in for commitments from these functional areas, if not escalates issues. Move hardware and expedite/prioritize for things that fall outside of the standard Production/Test processes. Lead and coordinate program activities required to prevent, minimize or eliminate schedule delays and impacts.Develop work around plans where needed. Hold program rundown meetings to communicate schedule status, needs and concerns. Attend and participate in all SIOP planning. Actively participate in all HOS activities (Tier meetings, audits, process checks and creation/documentation, etc.) Train new employees in the planning process.YOU MUST HAVE

High school or GED

Minimum of 2 years of production planning/control experience working in a manufacturing environment

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, technical or related discipline

SAP or MRP/ERP experience

Experience maintaining master schedules

Some inventory experience

Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on MS Office.

Proficient with MS Excel

Excellent organization skills.

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Experience working under pressure and delivering desired results
