- Define project requirements through collaboration with team members regarding the system software, including conversion of data, ETL processes, data warehouse and report design.
- Document system specifications and notes any changes in procedure through technical reports. To include, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Act as liaison between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements and collaborate in obtaining sign-off.
- Ensure that all IT systems and processes are arranged best to support overall organizational objectives.
- 3+ years of experience working with systems and technology as a business analyst.
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of software platforms, business systems and data warehouse design practices.
- Experience using Business Analyst tools to include, MS Office suite, MS Project, database query language, time tracking tools, Use Case/UML, QA for test case development, execution, and defect tracking/issue tracking software.
- Understanding of ETL concepts, database usage, dimensional modeling, and report development.
- Experience soliciting requirements from and collaborating with senior business leaders and subject matter experts.
