A city agency located in Palm Beach, Florida is looking for a GIS Analyst for a 12+ month contract. Onsite work is required.

Requirements and skills Minimum of 3 yrs. required working experience:

  • ArcGIS Pro version 2.4 or greater
  • ArcGIS Desktop 10.4.1 or greater
  • ArcGIS Online including dashboards and StoryMaps

Preferred Skills

  • Well versed in FME, experience working with data integration, automation and transformation.
  • Experience working with TOAD, experience working with large Oracle databases, data import export to PDF, Excel and text files.
  • Experience with OpenLM software management and monitoring application.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with LIDAR and Digital Elevation Models software and applications.
  • Convert data from various GIS formats
  • Edit and maintain GIS data stored in Oracle Spatial
  • Perform GIS data maintenance, manipulation, analysis, extraction assignments that may require data research and verification
  • Develop and maintain data layers using GIS tools, SQL and relational databases including metadata
  • Considerable knowledge of ESRI products including Enterprise and AGOL
