- Degree or equivalent job experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support and system administration and server administration
- VMware, Citrix or other virtualization experience is a requirement
- Strong Microsoft Office skills along with server, desktop
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of workstation security, anti-malware, and imaging software
- Working knowledge of IT helpdesk ticketing software
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python
- Good troubleshooting and excellent customer support skills
- Experience with Cloud environments is a major plus
- Hybrid schedule
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting the infrastructure and determine root cause to resolve problems returning services to normal levels
- Develops, implements, and supports projects that satisfy a variety of user needs
