We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair tasks and will be responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities are; perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting work. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues
respond promptly to maintenance requests from property owners and tenants, ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner, keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The position also requires a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and basic tools. Travel throughout Volusia County require. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
