Experienced Pre-suit Personal Injury Case Manager

A well-known, busy law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as a personal injury case manager. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

A competitive candidate will have experience working with Client Profiles (or similar case management software) and taking cases from inception through close or preparation for filing suit. The candidate must have the confidence and experience to work independently, be highly accurate, punctual, and willing to take personal responsibility for accomplishing the work.

The most qualified candidates will be able to do the following:

- Be able to start working at 8:00 AM, be reliable and punctual

- Have a good understanding of PIP, Medicare/Medicaid/MedPay/ERISA liens, and health insurance/work comp insurance liens

- Communicate well and often with an attorney

- Speak fluent English (Candidates who also speak Spanish will be given preference)

- Have excellent client communications skills

- Enjoy speaking with and helping clients with their concerns

- Maintain and organize clients' digital files

- Handle closings

- Negotiate medical bills

- Work quickly and efficiently

- Be extremely computer literate

- Have extensive experience working with Word, Excel, Case Management Software, Outlook, and Adobe PDF software

- Have excellent employment references
