Position: Automated Sewing Production Line Operator
Full-Time - 1st shift 7 am - 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor automated sewing machines, ensuring production quotas are met with the highest quality standards.
2. Troubleshoot minor technical issues with machinery and report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.
3. Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure consistency and quality.
4. Adjust machine settings for different fabrics and sewing specifications.
5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
6. Collaborate with other team members to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
7. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated with the latest sewing technology.
8. Recommend improvements for operational procedures to optimize productivity and reduce downtime
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.
3. Familiarity with automated sewing machines or similar machinery is a plus. It is not required
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
6. Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
8. Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
